Larry and Melodee have a passion for the local church and have served as missionaries with the Assemblies of God for over 19 years. Their missionary call is to inspire, motivate and lead the church through growth and transformation. During their time in Mexico City, Larry and Melodee have worked as part of 3 different church planting teams, for the past 6 years they have worked with leaders and pastors to develop a stronger system for church planting and church health in Mexico and other countries in Latin America and around the world. The Gruetzmachers have now taken the new missionary challenge of reaching the growing Hispanic populations in the second largest Spanish speaking country, the United Status of America. The goal is to serve the Hispanic population and see the church grow and God’s people be encouraged.
Larry and Melodee have two grown children. David, 24, is married to Miriam and they hope to be in full-time ministry in this next year, they now live in Dallas Texas. Colin is 19 and presently is living and working in Europe as an evangelism team member with Youth with a Mission (YWAM).
