It’s time to LIVE OUT LOUD! Make your mark, sound the cry and let the world know, even better remind yourself, that knowing, loving and serving Jesus ought to show. How’d that old song go? “Hide it under a bushel... NO!” Jesus, help us in 2009 and 2010 to go public with our faith in you!

What an amazing team of leaders we have across our SoCal family! That’s you, local Kid’s Pastors, Senior Pastors and leaders who make sure that children receive God’s word in their own language and you do it EVERY WEEK. You’re the best and growing everyday!

Turn up the heat this summer and knock it out of the park as you aim your efforts and energy at Kids and Families. May God bless your:

• KIDS CRUSADES - VACATION BIBLE SCHOOLS – KIDS CAMPS
• PIC-NICS – BEACH DAYS – DAY CAMPS – FAMILY NIGHTS
• COMMUNITY SERVE DAYS – and every other creative thing you do!

I’m praying for you, may God multiply your “bread and fish” and feed the multitudes to capacity. May their hunger be satisfied by experiencing Jesus for themselves. May the lost be found, may faith be firmed and may the church get to be found smack dab in the middle of everything that God is busy doing! Now that’s what I call a hot summer!

What better way to Live Out Loud than to love and serve those around us and kids are so good at showing love. I challenge your Kids Groups to serve in your community in the name of Christ.

• Make cards for your local retirement center
• Sing the Good News of Jesus house to house at Christmas time
• Take a Prayer-Walk in your neighborhood
• Pack give-away bags for the homeless
• Give to missions by intentionally reaching your BGMC goals

After you do your “love project” tell us! We’d LOVE your stories. Email us what you did and what happened at kids@socalag.org.
